Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders within the United States.

All orders are shipped from Maui, Hawaii. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS transit schedules.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. JR Clears is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, JR Clears is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
